Just in case you were ever considering this, it might not be the best idea to drive your heavy truck full of heavy theatre equipment onto the grass lawn to unload if a Canadian winter has just thawed out because you will get stuck and cover your tour partner and the school's principal in mud.
Not that I would know this from experience or anything.
